The Carriage House Cottage is a lovingly renovated structure which happens to be one of the
oldest buildings in the Town ‘N Country area. Located in the courtyard, it offers complete privacy with convenient
access to the lake and park, as well as stables. The interior is a cozy but spacious 530 sq. ft. containing
3 rooms decorated with antiques and accents from the Victorian period. It consists of a bedroom (king sized pillow
top bed) with sitting area and roomy closet, a parlor room with full size couch, satellite 27" color TV, stereo radio,
wireless internet access, café table & chairs, a large counter, hot water dispenser, small refrigerator (filled with
refreshments) and a charming bathroom with refreshing shower.

Ascend the main house outside staircase leading you to your private second floor balcony entrance.
Escape back in time to the elegance of 19th century France as
you surrender yourself to this luxurious queen size pillow top bed; exquisitely hand carved walnut in a Romanesque design.
The room also has an antique dresser with a large oval full length mirror and closet.
Your own private third floor parlor is up the quaint oak railed
staircase which is inside your lovely bedroom. You'll find there a color satellite TV, stereo radio, café table
& chairs and comfy cushioned love seat to relax in.
A few steps down the hall on the second floor is your private spacious tile-floored and
Oriental carpet adorned bathroom. You'll find great lighting for the extra large make-up and full length mirrors.
The antique clawfoot tub has a refreshing rainshower showerhead.
Spend many relaxing hours on your 12' x 12' private covered balcony
sipping your morning coffee, a cold soft drink from your personal refrigerator, or an evening glass of wine as you
watch nature below on Equus Meadow Pond. This serene country setting is accented by our beautiful horses trotting by
on way to the lovely wooded trails in the park next door.
